The Stretch Connection
Move Better. Play Better. Feel Better.
Fascia stretch therapy that meets your body where it is — and gets you back to the life you actually want to live.
WHAT IS FASCIA STRETCH THERAPY™?
Your body is held together by one continuous web of connective tissue called fascia. It wraps every muscle, organ, nerve, vessel, and joint — which means when one part of you is tight or guarded, it's never just that one part.
Fascia Stretch Therapy™ (FST) is a gentle, pain-free, assisted stretching technique that works with your nervous system instead of pushing against it. FST is scientifically based and gently mobilizes and rebalances your connective tissue, or fascia. No forcing. No bracing. Just slow, rhythmic movement that helps your body finally let go of tension it's been holding onto — sometimes for years.
It's not a deep-tissue massage. It's not a typical stretching class. It's a specialized, credentialed therapy that treats your whole body as one connected system — because that's exactly what it is.
Who It’s For
-
For those recovering, in pain, or who've tried everything else.
If you've had an injury, a surgery, or you're living with a condition that makes everyday movement hard, you don't need another quick fix. You need a system built for where you actually are. FST resets your nervous system and rebalances the tissue holding you together — gently, without pain, at your pace.
-
For athletes who want to perform, recover, and stay in the game.
From high school athletes to weekend warriors to former pros, FST increases your range of motion, speeds up recovery, and makes your body more adaptable under stress. Translation: more power, fewer injuries, longer careers.
-
For anyone investing in how they feel — today and twenty years from now.
Maybe you've hit a point where you're ready to be proactive. Maybe your body's been sending signals you've been too busy to answer. FST is a holistic way to take care of yourself — not just treating a symptom, but treating you.

Client Reviews
Rachel is a true gem!! Before I became a client of Rachel's I was doing a combination of lymphatic drainage sessions, dry needling and Rossiter massages. I have been able to eliminate all of these and just see her once a month now.
— Rosemary S.Rachel has an uncanny ability to find the places I hold tension in my body. Her advanced stretching technique periodically realigns how I sit, stand, walk, run. She makes such a difference in staving off injury and being pain free.
— Laura D.Rachel is nothing short of a miracle worker! She has helped me with various issues that have arose from my active lifestyle. I feel like a new man after every session. I'm always shocked by my flexibility that is a direct result from her method and technique of fascia stretching. She's very professional and an expert in this space. I highly recommend her.

FAQs
-
FST is customized for each client, and everyone's body is different. A good rule of thumb is book your first 3 sessions in the first 3 to 6 weeks. After that, you'll probably be ready to space out your appointments to whatever frequency works best for you. Rachel offers individual sessions, package sessions and monthly memberships for all levels of client needs.
-
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in, like athletic wear, leggings, shorts, joggers, etc.
-
We’ll go over your client intake form, answer any questions, perform an assessment. Then you’ll get on the stretch table (fully clothed) and we’ll get to work!
-
The short answer? No. Rachel offers both per session and membership options, but a membership or package may save you money! You can talk it through with Rachel and discuss the pros and cons for your specific needs, but ultimately, you decide what's best for you.
-
Absolutely! FST is a fabulous compliment to anything and everything you're doing to improve your functional movement and quality of life. And Rachel is always happy to talk with them to make sure we're all on the same page.
-
Absolutely. Rachel will give you personalized stretches that complement the work we do together and address what your body needs most. You’ll learn how to perform them using FST principles so you can confidently incorporate them into your routine.
-
Bring your client intake form with you (found in the Contact section), and wear comfortable clothes that can stretch and move easily, like workout clothes or athletic shorts/pants.
-
Rachel offers both options depending on which is better for you. Her studio in downtown Franklin is conveniently located, and she can travel for mobile sessions around Nashville. If you’re not sure which works for your situation, just ask!
-
No, FST isn't billed through insurance, which is actually part of what makes it work the way it does. There's no referral needed and no one but you and Rachel deciding what your body needs. Some clients use HSA or FSA funds, and Rachel can provide a receipt.
-
Massage works into the muscle with pressure. FST moves your joints and lengthens connective tissue through motion, and you stay fully clothed the whole time. Different tools, different outcomes, both valuable, just not the same thing.
